The output generated by the Tools based on your input belongs to you, subject to these Terms.

yestify.xyz makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete, and (iv) any errors in the Service or Tools will be corrected. The Tools are provided for general informational and utility purposes and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yestify.xyz, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe you have violated these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may also, at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
